wondershaper로 이더넷 장치에 대역폭을 설정해도, 리부팅하면 설정이 초기화됩니다. 따라서 부팅할 때 마다 wondershaper를 적용하도록 해야합니다.
/etc/systemd/wondershaper.conf에 아래 내용을 추가한다추가합니다. 저는 다운로드 및 업로드 속도를 모두 10Mbit/s로 제한했습니다.
